Ali and I photographed Tanner and Summer's Engagement Session in Seattle last weekend. All I can say is WOW....we had a BLAST!! What a GREAT couple!! I know I've said it before, and I'm sure I will say it again but one of the best things about our career is all the amazing people we get to meet. Plus, we don't just get to meet them....we get to hang out and get to know them!!
Tanner and Summer are the real deal...a real couple who is really in love, real happy, and real good looking.....all my favorites all wrapped up in one great couple. I can't wait for the wedding...I know it's going to be a one of a kind, beautiful day!!
Tanner's an architect and he loves the Richard Serra sculpture at the Olympic Sculpture Garden. It's one of my favorite places in Seattle too...... so that's where we started. Next we headed over to the the Seattle Central Library......AWESOME!! I think this is my new favorite place. Ali and I had been wanting to work there for months now but it just hadn't worked out. I guess it was just waiting for the right couple. If you haven't been to the library I highly suggest you check it out....it is a coooooool building. After the library we ran over to the Experience Music Project building before heading to a nice little dinner where we were able to get to know our new found friends a little better. FUN...FUN...FUN!!

This image is from Bijal and Sandeep's wedding which Ali and I photographed in Baltimore this last summer. I have been working on their album design, which means I get to relive the day. I always enjoy designing the albums.....bringing the story to life through image and design. It's always so fun to see the captured images with a fresh eye and experience them in a new way. Ali and I photographed Kyle and Chrisina's wedding back in September of last year. We really enjoyed working with and getting to know them. They are a GREAT couple!! Genuine....happy....and in LOVE! As promised....some more images from the photo shoot Ali and I did with Nicole in Fairhaven a couple nights ago. It's always so much fun to work at night. All the lights create so much drama and life. Fairhaven is a really cool spot with lots of texture and interesting alley ways we always really enjoy working there. I love the old phone booths!! All of these things put together with a pretty girl to photograph makes me a happy boy. I think the results are pretty cool.....but I always love to hear what you think.

Ali and I went up to Fairhaven in Bellingham a couple of nights ago to photograph Nicole. Working at night is so much fun!! Fairhaven is a GREAT little spot too!! We have worked there before but it's been awhile. I really like this image but I would love to hear what you think...... Also, if you like this image then be sure to check back in the morning. I'll be putting up a few more images of Nicole taken that same evening.
For all of you information junkies out there.....this image was shot hand held at a 10th of a second at ISO 500 f2.8 using my 24-70mm at 30mm and two off camera strobes.
